Michelle Bushneff
Fueled by an unwavering passion for pop culture, mainstream media, and emerging markets, Michelle co-founded Plan B in 2001 to develop media properties for youth, women, and families. Prior to Plan B, she held executive and senior management positions leading product development and in-bound marketing for pioneering companies like Broderbund Software/The Learning Company, LeapFrog, and Digital Chocolate. In recent years, she has consulted to dozens of companies and non-profits in the entertainment, education, and lifestyle markets.
Ed Roffman
With nearly three decades of experience in financial and operational positions for PC software, Internet, and consumer product companies under his belt, Ed brings expert strategic guidance, financial oversight, and operational expertise to Plan B's board of directors. Prior to and during his tenure as a member of the company's founding team, Ed held positions as Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operating Officer at Red Mile Entertainment, PhotoPoint, Palladium Interactive, and Activision, and consulted to a wide range of companies.

Nicole Tostevin
With nearly two decades of experience developing interactive media, Nicki is a seasoned art director and award-winning animator with an eclectic, mainstream sensibility. Her stellar achievements for BrandHabit.com, Broderbund Software, The Learning Company, Mindscape, Goodhome, and Homestead run the gamut from consumer software to web site and online application design. Nicole earned a Masters degree in experimental animation from California Institute of the Arts and a BFA in Fine Arts from Pomona College of the Claremont Colleges.

Eric Wright
Donning his certification from Sun Microsystems as a Java Developer and wielding his arsenal of computer languages and Web 2.0 technologies, Eric is a technology powerhouse to be reckoned with. Throughout his nearly 10 years of developing online content, applications, and services, Eric has consulted to numerous corporations (Verizon, Cox Radio), small businesses, and non-profits, helping them defend and expand their territory through inventive, cost-effective technology solutions.

Leila Joslyn
Blessed with loads of talent, a diverse set of design and technical skills, and great instincts, Leila is a one-of-a-kind creative force. She is most proud of her long-term role as an artist and art director at Broderbund Software, where she helped build properties like Carmen Sandiego, Prince of Persia, and The Print Shop into successful franchises before going on to work for Palladium Interactive, Industrial Light and Magic, Equilibrium, Red Hill Studios, and more. Leila earned a BFA with distinction in Graphic Design from California College of Arts and Crafts.

Marcela Evans
When you combine an outstanding pedigree with a winning track record that includes more than fifteen years of successful interactive experience, odds are good for a powerhouse like Marcela. Her work as an artist and art director has helped put companies like Hands-On Mobile, Broderbund Software, Mattel Interactive, and Walter Landor & Associates in the winner's circle. Marcela earned an MFA in 3D and Visual Effects from the Academy of Art University San Francisco and a BS in Graphic Design from Universidad Iberoamericana Mexico City.
